It is very hard to be prepared for every disaster or type of chaos that can come along in one's life time. Usually those that are preparedness minded people, concentrate on their local environment and minor incidents that can happen around the house and in the car. Some just don't worry about it and go off half cocked and unprepared through life and they survive through the grace of God or bad things happen to them. There is no way that a person can be prepared for everything that could possibly happen, so they do the best they can with what they have got to work with, which can be anything from not enough money or being in the wrong place at the wrong time, or even trusting someone that they shouldn't have trusted. The fact is, we all screwed up when it comes to being observant, because somehow while we were all out there doing our thing, someone slipped through the backdoor and stole our country and now we are under a barrage of threats from all directions. Y2K was their test run, and the 9/11 attack was the American peoples wake up call. The problem is, we are not sure who or how many enemies are at the gates, only that they are closing in on us from all directions and we are not liking it.
I had a vision in 1992 that was my wake up call, and the 9/11 attack seriously put my tail in gear. As much as I have tried to get prepared, I am still a long way from where I want to be. The reasons for that is the constant attack on the people by those who claim to represent us, but every move they make cripples this nation a little more. It's like a person makes a plan and just gets going on it and the rug is jerked out from under them again and again, every time they turn around. Personally, I am so sick of these people in government jerking my life around, I would just like to see government disappear indefinitely. Could we be so lucky?
